Scott Maxwell Chapman offers weekday four-hour video chat mediation services for family law, probate, and personal injury cases. The video chat mediation fee is a flat fee of $250 per side. This flat fee covers four hours of video chat mediation services without overage.
The mediation fee must be paid and a written mediation agreement must be signed by each party and their attorney 24 hours before the mediation begins. Payment instructions, the mediation agreement, and details about how to connect to the video chat mediation will be e-mailed after the mediation is scheduled.
